While freshness is paramount, safety is very important at
Tiffany Gate. The company has recently moved into a new
state of the art, 72,000 square foot food production facility
in the West end of Toronto. This new state of the art facility
was built to meet rigorous HACCP, European food safety
standards and is Canadian and United States Department
of Agriculture approved. HACCP is the highest level of
food safety and quality assurance system regulated by the
Federal government. It is used to protect food supplies
against hazards and emphasizes control and communication between the regulator and the industry.
